Solo is $79/mo with a 14-day trial. Daily CPSC recall matching is live: we pull newly published recalls from CPSC's own SaferProducts feed every day at 11:00 UTC and compare them against up to 25 products you enrol. A UPC match is exact, a brand or manufacturer match is medium confidence, and a product-name match is the weakest and always needs verifying — every alert says which it was and links the CPSC notice. We do not guarantee we catch every recall that affects you. Growth is $199/mo for larger catalogs with priority support and quarterly office hours (no trial). We do not invent per-user or per-SKU overage on Solo; the 25-SKU cap is the honest limit. Live checkout is on /cpsc-efile.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — Solo checkout attaches a 14-day trial. You can run the free product-page readiness check first (no paid features required), then start Solo and cancel before day 15 if you should not be charged. During the trial you can paste listing URLs for the gap index and enrol up to 25 products for daily CPSC recall matching, which starts the next time the 11:00 UTC job runs. EntryProof does not issue certificates or a GCC/CPC, and does not file anything during the trial — or after you pay.

What's the refund policy?

Solo's 14-day trial is the risk-free window. After a paid month starts, email support@enforceintel.com; we handle reasonable refund requests case-by-case because arguing over $79 is beneath both of us. We do not guarantee CPSC or CBP acceptance, and we do not refund against a held container. Read /cpsc-efile/terms before you pay.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, and it is self-serve at /account -- enter your email, we send a one-time link that expires in 15 minutes, and you cancel from there. You keep access through the end of the paid period. No retention maze, no phone call, and no email to support required. Export your readiness-scan history before you go if you want a copy — we keep scan rows 30 days, then delete. EntryProof does not issue certificates or clearance, so there is no certificate archive to hostage.

Is my product and supplier data safe with you?

Checks store the URL and HTS you submitted, the HTML-signal findings, and a hashed IP for abuse control — not your raw IP. If you leave an email or subscribe, we store that email; Stripe handles cards (PCI DSS Level 1). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256) on US infrastructure (Vercel + Supabase/Postgres). We do not sell listing data. Details and deletion live on /cpsc-efile/privacy.

Who can see my filing data?

You — and, on a paid workspace, the teammates you invite. Nobody at EntryProof browses customer scans as a product; production access is limited and logged. We are not a marketplace or a data broker. Scan findings will never appear in anyone else's benchmark. We do not hold your CPSC filings: we do not transmit them.

What does EntryProof actually do?

It is a CPSC eFiling readiness checker and data-preparation tool. You paste a product-page URL (and, when you have it, an HTS code). We fetch the public HTML and score five deterministic signals — age-grading, testing-lab names, manufacturer info, certificate or CFR / ASTM citations, and Prop 65 warnings — plus applicable v0.7 CPSIA rules for that HTS. Paid Solo is that same check across your catalog, plus daily CPSC recall matching: you enrol up to 25 products and once a day we compare newly published CPSC recalls against them and email you the candidates with the CPSC notice linked. A UPC matches exactly; brand and product-name matches are weaker and need verifying. We do not build or store GCCs or CPCs, we do not file with CPSC or CBP, and we do not issue certificates or clearance.

Setup time?

The free check takes a couple of minutes: paste a product-page URL, add an HTS if you have one, read the gap index. Solo adds readiness checks for your catalog; automated recurring scores and recall matching are not live yet — during early access your catalog is set up with the founder directly. That is not a broker onboarding, not a lab intake, and not "attach your certificates and we will file them."

What is CPSC eFiling and do I actually have to do it?

If you import consumer products requiring a certificate — almost certainly yes. CPSC's final rule (amending 16 CFR part 1110, published January 2025) made electronic filing of certificate data mandatory as of July 8, 2026 for regulated imported products. Certificate data now goes to CPSC electronically via the Product Registry or ACE at entry, instead of paper-on-request. EntryProof helps you see public-page gaps before that filing; it does not file the certificate for you.

Does EntryProof file directly with CPSC/CBP for me?

No. EntryProof is a readiness checker and data-preparation tool. We do not transmit filings, we are not a customs broker under 19 CFR 111, and we do not stand in for counsel or a CPSC-accepted lab. Your broker (or you, in the Product Registry) still files. Software that helps you see public gaps is not a filing service and does not issue certificates or clearance.

My customs broker handles all this — why do I need you?

Ask your broker one question: "Are you creating and maintaining my CPSC certificates?" The answer is usually no — brokers file entries with data you supply. Under CPSIA §14, the certificate obligation sits with the importer: you. EntryProof does not take that obligation over. We show public listing gaps so you can prepare the part that was always legally yours — with counsel and a lab, not with a clearance from us.

We are not going to estimate their total for your team, because we cannot see their base price. Solo is $79/mo for a readiness-check workflow, not a sprawling compliance suite. If you need their enterprise breadth, buy them. If you need a public-page gap index, that's us. We do not claim to replace their filing or certificate-issuance features, because we do not offer those.

We've imported for years without eFiling problems.

Because until July 8, 2026, mandatory eFiling didn't exist — certificates were furnish-on-request paper. That regime is gone. Certificate data now rides with the entry electronically, which means gaps that were invisible for years are now machine-checkable at the border. Past quiet is not future quiet. A readiness check is not a prediction that your next entry will clear.

Context only: CPSC civil penalties can run six figures per violation (inflation-adjusted caps well past $100K each), and a held container costs demurrage and missed windows. You're new and this is a compliance product. That worries me.

Reasonable. Three things: we do not file, so your CPSC Product Registry account is yours — if we vanished tomorrow we would not take your filings with us because we never held them; scan history exports and scan rows delete after 30 days; and the free check plus 14-day Solo trial let you verify the gap index against your own knowledge before paying. We earn trust by being auditable, not by claiming clearance.

Which regulations does EntryProof actually cover?

The scanner cites CPSIA Section 14 certificate requirements (15 U.S.C. §2063), the CPSC eFiling rule amending 16 CFR part 1110 (mandatory since July 8, 2026), and up to 20 product-specific CPSC rules your HTS may map to. We cite the specific rule on every requirement we flag so you can verify us. Citing a rule is not legal advice and not a determination that a certificate is complete.

Is EntryProof legal advice?

Accepted Answer

No. A score is not legal advice, not a GCC/CPC, not lab testing, and not a CPSC or CBP clearance. EntryProof does not issue certificates. For genuine judgment calls (is this a children's product, does this exemption apply), that belongs with counsel and your lab — not this page. Our terms state this and we mean it.

Does the price really not scale with SKUs?

Solo is $79/mo for readiness checks across your catalog. Readiness checks are not metered per SKU. Recall monitoring is capped at 25 enrolled products, and that cap is enforced in the product — the enrollment API refuses the 26th — so it is a real limit, not a number we invented. Growth is $199/mo for larger catalogs and carries the same 25-product monitoring cap; there is no per-SKU overage on either tier.

Is there an annual discount?

Accepted Answer

No. Solo is sold monthly and there is no annual prepay and no bundle. We used to sell a three-product Founding Trio bundle; it is retired. That is not a fake countdown and not a lifetime lock.
