Who produces this content

EntryProof and TariffWatch regulatory content (comparison pages, alternatives pages, methodology pages) is produced by Andy Gaber (founder, Digital Empire Holdings LLC). No team, no ghostwriters. Automation is used in the production pipeline — for research aggregation, drafting assistance, and formatting — but every regulatory claim is checked against a primary source (cpsc.gov, ecfr.gov, federalregister.gov, or the cited vendor's own published pricing/product pages) before publication, and every page states its sources inline.

What "reviewed" means here — and what it doesn't

As of this page's last update, Digital Empire has not yet engaged a named, credentialed reviewer (Bar admission, licensed customs broker, or equivalent) for EntryProof or TariffWatch content. This is a disclosed, tracked gap, not a hidden one: our internal standard (Digital Empire Google Perfection Standard v2, §16.3) explicitly prohibits claiming a review that did not happen, and engaging a credentialed reviewer is a pending founder decision weighed against cost. Until a reviewer is engaged, no EntryProof or TariffWatch page claims "reviewed by [named professional]" — pages instead disclose this gap directly, in the same place a reviewer credit would otherwise appear.

Sourcing standard

  • Regulatory claims cite the primary source directly (a specific CFR part, Federal Register notice number, or CPSC.gov page) — never a paraphrase of a paraphrase.
  • Competitor pricing and features are checked against the competitor's own live site at time of publication; the check date is stated on the page.
  • No statistic is published without a traceable source — either a cited government dataset or our own product data, dated.
  • No case study is presented as real unless it is; hypothetical scenarios are labeled as hypothetical inline.
