How this changelog is built
The scripts/build-portfolio-changelog.mjs script runs at build time and calls git log --since=<5 weeks ago> --pretty=format:..., then buckets each commit into an ISO-week (Monday–Sunday) and a product bucket inferred from the commit subject. Commits whose subject mentions pixelproof, meta-monitor, or an PP- style prefix go to PixelProof; entryproof, cpsc-efile,cpsc, or EP- go to EntryProof; tariffwatch or TW- go to TariffWatch; everything else falls to the Portfolio bucket. Up to 8 headline commits per (week, product) bucket are shown; the totalCommits number reflects everything in the bucket regardless of headline cap.
This is a build-time-static file, not a runtime call: Vercel's serverless builder does not bundle .git into the deployed function, so a runtime git log call would not work. Compiling to a static .ts module at commit time pins the changelog to the exact commit SHA at build time, which is also the correct honesty behavior for a page that's claiming ship-cadence — a runtime lookup would silently be current-at- request rather than current-at-deploy.

Those pages are authoritative for what a release meant; this page is authoritative for what shipped and when.
