Which compliance monitor do you need?

Sixty seconds, four questions, one answer. The quiz below routes you to the right free scanner across our three products — PixelProof, EntryProof, and TariffWatch. Every product is deterministic (never an LLM at scan time), tort-hedged in plain English, and free to run before you consider a paid tier. No email required to complete the quiz.

Frequently asked questions

Why not just monitor everything myself?
You can — and if you have a dedicated compliance analyst, that is exactly what they do. What we built is the same rules engine that analyst would code up, running 24/7 without a person babysitting it. The economics: a monitoring tool at $99–299/mo is cheaper than the analyst’s coffee budget, and it never sleeps through a Federal Register update. If you already have the analyst and the process, skip us. If you don’t, our free scanners will tell you within 60 seconds whether you have a real problem to solve.
How is this different from a general-purpose compliance platform?
General-purpose platforms (Assent, Enhesa, Descartes CustomsInfo) are strong for enterprise programs that need audit trails, workflow, and analyst services. They are also expensive and slow to configure. Our products are the opposite: single-vertical, deterministic rules engines, free to try, with paid tiers designed for the operator who wants an answer today. Same regulatory data, radically narrower scope. If you are already paying enterprise for compliance, we are not the right fit.
Do any of these use an LLM at scan time?
No. Every scan is a deterministic rules engine — the same inputs always produce the same output. That is a hard rule across all three products. LLMs appear only in optional email drafts (which you review before sending) and inside our own dev tooling. When a scanner tells you a fact about CPSC eFiling coverage or Section 232 exposure, that fact came from a rule we can point to line-by-line, not from a probability distribution.
What if my product spans two of these categories?
That is exactly the case where the quiz above lands you on a bundle recommendation. Each product runs standalone, so start with the highest-anxiety one, validate it in a week, and layer the second one on. The three products share a single account (once you subscribe to any), so you never re-enter store info or HTS codes across them.
What if I am not in the US?
PixelProof works globally — Meta Pixel and Shopify checkout are the same everywhere. EntryProof and TariffWatch are US-import-focused today (CPSC and Section 232 are US regulatory regimes). If you sell into the US, they still apply to your inbound containers even if your company is EU/UK/CA. If you sell only into non-US markets, EntryProof and TariffWatch are not a fit and the quiz will tell you that.
Is any of this legal advice?
No — every one of our products is a data and workflow tool that estimates or monitors compliance-relevant signals from publicly available data. None of them is a licensed customs broker, a filer of record, a legal-advice service, or a compliance certification. Decisions remain the responsibility of your business and your own attorney, broker, or advisor.

How the free scanners work under the hood

Every product’s free tool runs the exact same rules engine the paid tier does. The paid tier adds three things: continuous monitoring (the rules engine re-runs on a schedule instead of on-demand), alerting (you get emailed when a rule fires), and history (a rolling window of past scans so you can prove “we caught this on X date” to a regulator or a board). The free scan is not a stripped-down demo — it is the real thing, capped at a single run so the incentive to upgrade is behavior, not gating.

That design is intentional. Compliance software has a long history of shipping teaser tools that lie about what the paid version costs and hide the rules behind pay-walls. We do the opposite: the rules are public in our documentation, the free scan is the real engine, and the upgrade prompt only appears if the free scan tells you there is a real problem you would want continuous monitoring for.

What Digital Empire is not

None of the products on this page is a licensed customs broker, an FDA/CPSC registered filer of record, a legal-advice service, or a certification body. We are a monitoring and data tool. Every scanner tells you what a well-informed operator would spot in ten minutes of manual review, but faster and 24/7. If you need someone to file, certify, or defend on your behalf, the free scan output is a good handoff document for your customs broker or product-liability attorney — several customers use it exactly that way.
