How to report an error

Email hello@citationsafe.com with the page URL and what's wrong. You'll get a direct reply from the founder, not a ticketing queue.

What happens next

• Factual errors (wrong price, wrong regulatory citation, wrong date) are fixed within 24 hours of confirmation, and the page's "last updated" date is bumped to reflect it.
• Stale-but-was-accurate claims (a competitor changed their pricing after we published) are treated the same way once we re-verify live.
• Disputed interpretations (you disagree with our framing, not our facts) get a reply explaining our sourcing; we'll revise if the sourcing doesn't hold up.
