If you run an agency, newsletter, or Shopify community and already talk to merchants about the Aug 26 checkout upgrade, refer them to PixelProof and earn 25% of every dollar they pay, for as long as they stay subscribed.
Every application is reviewed and approved manually — this is not an instant self-serve signup. Commissions become payable after a referred customer has been on a paid plan for 90 days, to keep the program aligned with real, retained revenue rather than short-lived trial churn.
The following terms apply to every approved PixelProof affiliate. Applying and getting approved (see form above) means you accept them.
You must disclose your affiliate relationship with PixelProof in every public post, video, newsletter send, DM, ad creative, or landing page that promotes PixelProof or contains an affiliate link. Disclosure must be clear, conspicuous, and unavoidable — not buried in a bio, footer, hashtag pile, or “more” link. Acceptable formats include a leading “#ad”, “#affiliate”, or a plain-English sentence like “I earn a commission if you sign up through this link” near the link itself. Compliance with 16 CFR §255.5 (endorsements) and §255.0 (material connections) is a hard requirement of this program. Non-compliance is grounds for immediate program removal + commission clawback.
U.S. affiliates must submit a completed IRS Form W-9 (or W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E for non-U.S. affiliates) before any commission payout. Digital Empire Holdings LLC is required by 26 U.S.C. § 6041A to issue a Form 1099-NEC for every U.S. affiliate paid $600 or more in a calendar year, and to backup-withhold at 24% if a W-9 is not on file. Payments to non-U.S. affiliates are governed by the applicable IRS W-8 series and the U.S.-to-country tax treaty (if any). It is your responsibility to report affiliate income on your own tax return.
The 25% recurring commission is only earned on retained, paid revenue. If a referred customer refunds, charges back, or is credited within the first 90 days, the corresponding commission is reversed against your next payout. Commissions become payable after the referred customer has been on a paid plan for 90 days.
Digital Empire Holdings LLC may amend these terms, adjust the commission rate, or terminate the program (or your individual participation) at any time, for any reason, on 30 days’ written notice by email. Fraud, §255 non-disclosure, chargeback abuse, or any violation of section 3 above justifies immediate termination without notice.
